 Change Working Times
Working time calendars are defined based on the working time of the Project. By default, a work plan assumes work happens between 8:00 AM and noon, then from 1:00 until 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday. If the project uses an alternative work week, say, four ten-hour-days each week, you can define this as the project's work week. I individual's can define personal working or vacation calendars in their Personal Setup area.
You can create more than one working time calendar. The created calendars are listed on the Change Working Times tab in the Schedule Properties window, but only one calendar available in this list can be defined as a default calendar.
To learn how to define a project's Working time calendar see the [New] Toolbox action below. To create a personal working time or vacation calendar see Personal Work Calendar.
