[edit] Individual Dates Overview

This option on Individual Dates enables the user to create, modify and remove individual Work dates that are created for the user.

[edit] To Create an Individual Date

1. Go to the PERSONAL tab.

2. Click on the [Setup] option from the top menu bar.

3. Under Personal Setup in the Setup page, click on the [Work Calendar] link. The Work Calendar page with the Work Week that has been created is displayed.

4. Click on the [Individual Dates] option under Go To. The Individual Dates page is now displayed.

5. Click on the [New Date] option under Toolbox.

6. In the Work Date page, select the option on Single Date or Date Range. Select the dates from the Calendar based on the selection.

7. For the single date or the range of dates select working and non-working times with the presets of the Templates and click on [Submit] to add the individual dates.

8. Click on [Add Another] to define another individual date with its working and non-working hours. The created Individual Date is now displayed in the Individual Dates page.

[edit] To Modify a Date

1. Go to the PERSONAL tab.

2. Click on the [Setup] option from the top menu bar.

3. Under Personal Setup in the Setup page, click on the [Work Calendar] link. The Work Calendar page with the Work Week that has been created is displayed.

4. Click on the [Individual Dates] option under Go To. The Individual Dates page is now displayed. Already created Individual dates are displayed in this page.

5. Select the Individual date that needs to be modified and Click on the [Modify Date] option under Toolbox.

6. In the Work Date page, make the required modifications and click on [Submit] to save the changes. The modified Work Date is now listed in the Individual Dates page.

[edit] To Remove a Date

1. Go to the PERSONAL tab.

2. Click on the [Setup] option from the top menu bar.

3. Under Personal Setup in the Setup page, click on the [Work Calendar] link. The Work Calendar page with the Work Week that has been created is displayed.

4. Click on the [Individual Dates] option under Go To. The Individual Dates page is now displayed. Already created Individual dates are displayed in this page.

5. Select the Individual date that is to be removed and click on the [Remove Date] option under Toolbox.

6. In the confirmation popup on "Are you sure you want to remove this entry, select "[Yes]". The selected date is now removed from the list of the Individual Dates.

[edit] Toolbox

  • Blogit - Selecting this allows the user to create a blog entry on the Individual Dates Calendar.
  • New Date - Selecting this allows the user to create a a new individual date with the particulars of the shift.
  • Modify Date - Selecting this allows the user to modify the date particulars of an already created date.
  • Remove Date - Choosing this option alerts a popup confirmation for the deletion of the selected Individual date.
