Forms List View

Records or data can be stored under the various forms that have been created using the Forms Designer. Once a created Form is activated, the form is listed as a drop down list under the Forms option in the top menu bar.

[edit] To Notify a Record

  1. Go to the tab of the desired area.
  2. From the Business or Project area, select a BUSINESS or PROJECT from the list.
  3. Select the FORMS option in the top menu bar.
  4. From the sub menu list of all activated forms under the Forms module, click on the required form. The LIST VIEW page of the selected form is now open. Records that have been already created for the selected list are displayed here.
  5. Select the form record that is to be notified.
  6. Click on the [Notify] option in the Toolbox.
  7. The New Notification window is now open for the selected document. Provide all the required details that can be as follows:

Status
Select the status of the Notification to be enabled or disabled.

Name of the Notification
Enter a name for the notification.

Description
A short description for the Notification.

Actions to be notified about
This will include the options on notification which will include the following:

  • New Form Data
  • Edit Form Data
  • Remove Form Data

Delivery Method
The method of delivery of the notification is selected from the options that is provided in the drop down.

Delivery Schedule
Options on how often these notifications are to be delivered are defined in this section. This is selected from the drop down options on Immediately, Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

More Options
Choosing the More options in this window will list additional inputs that needs to be provided to activate the notification. This will include the details on the following:

External Email Address
Enter any external Email Address if required to be notified to that address.

Message
This section includes the message of the notification.

5. Click on Submit to send these notifications as defined.

Notifications are now sent to all the team members based on the purpose for which they are defined.

  1. Go to the tab of the desired area.
  2. From the Business or Project area, select a BUSINESS or PROJECT from the list.
  3. Select the FORMS option in the top menu bar.
  4. From the sub menu list of all activated forms under the Forms module, click on the required form. The list view page of the selected form is now open. Records that have been already created for the selected list are displayed here.
  5. Select the form record that is to be added to the workflow.
  6. Click on the [Add to Workflow] option in the Toolbox.
  7. In the Select Workflow Envelope page, select the workflow from the dropdown and enter the Envelope title.
  8. Click on the [Next] button.
  9. Specify the Rule enforcement, priority and status by choosing the respective options from the drop down fields and click on [Finish]. The Workflow is now added to the form data.

[edit] Toolbox

  • Blogit - Selecting this allows the user to create a blog entry on the Forms module.
  • Notify - Selecting this option allows the user to be notified of any changes in the Forms section.
