Personal/Business/Projects > Forms > Edit Form

[edit] Edit Form Record

All Forms created are listed under the Available Forms on selecting the Forms module of any desired area. Click on the linked Form name in this list to view the Form records created for the form.

[edit] To create a Form Record

  1. Go to the tab of the desired area.
  2. From the Business or Project area, select a BUSINESS or PROJECT from the list.
  3. Select the FORMS option in the top menu bar.
  4. From the sub menu list of all activated forms under the Forms module, click on the required form. The LIST VIEW page of the selected form is now open. Records that have been already created for the selected list are displayed here.
  5. Click on the [New Record] link under Toolbox.
  6. Enter the values for the fields created in the form and the Work hours of assignment for the resource in the form data.
  7. Click on the [Submit] button to save the entry.
The new record is now created and is added to the list of the available records.

[edit] To Edit a Form Record

  1. Go to the tab of the desired area.
  2. From the Business or Project area, select a BUSINESS or PROJECT from the list.
  3. Select the FORMS option in the top menu bar.

  4. From the sub menu list of all activated forms under the Forms module, click on the required form. The LIST VIEW page of the selected form is now open. Records that have been already created for the selected list are displayed here.
  5. Select a record that needs to be modified.
  6. Click on the [Edit Record] link under Toolbox.
  7. The EDIT FORM DATA page is now open.
  8. Make the required modifications to the records and click on [Update] to update the modifications.
  9. Click on the DISCUSSIONS option in the Edit form data page, to add a discussion post to the form record.
  10. Click on the DOCUMENTS option in the Edit form data page, to add a document to the form record. The linked document is now listed below the links channel in this page. Further links or further modifications to these links are possible using the Edit option in the Links channel bar.
  11. Click on the [Submit] button to save the modifications.

The changes to the form are now saved and the updated form record is available in the list of the available records.

  • Blogit - Selecting this allows the user to create a blog entry that relates to modifications in a Form record.
