 Calendar Attendee
On entering the required fields for the creation of a meeting, the next step is to provide the attendees to the Meeting. This is provided at the MEETING ATTENDEES page.
To Add a Attendee to a Meeting, In the MEETING ATTENDEES page, click on the [Add Attendees]] icon in the Attendees channel or choose the New option under Toolbox in the MEETING ATTENDEES page.
- Blogit - Selecting this allows the user to create a blog entry on Meeting Attendees.
- New- Selecting this allows the user to create a new Attendee.
- Edit - Selecting this allows the user to modify the details on an attendee.
- Remove - Choosing this option will prompt with a popup confirmation to delete the attendee entry.
