 Scheduling Meetings and Events
The calendar module displays at a glance events, tasks, meetings, and milestones for all workspaces (projects and businesses) of which you are a member.
Because this information is shared through the database, items that appear on your calendar also appear on the calendars of all other project members. While events, tasks, and meetings appear in your Personal workspace, tasks and meetings can only be created in the Project workspace. Within the Personal workspace, you can only create events.
 What is a Meeting?
A meeting is a type of event. When you create a meeting, you have the ability to create a list of attendees as well as an agenda for the meeting.

 What is an Event?
An event is an occurrence that takes place within a given timeframe. Various types of events can be created within the project.

 What are personal events and meetings?
Personal events and meetings are created by the user in the Personal workspace for use only by the user who has created the meeting or event. Events and meetings created in the personal workspace are not visible to other participants and are displayed only in the Personal Workspace.
